The INFITECH rear wall extraction preparation station is a cost-effective area suitable for grinding preparations and preparing cars and/or parts for the subsequent spraying phase. This special design does not require concrete pits. There are lights on the ceiling of the rear wall extraction preparation cabin, and the airflow horizontally traverses the vehicle. The exhaust gas passes through the low-level exhaust gas filter.
INFITECH's complete floor-standing paint spray booth is equipped with an air inlet on the roof, which can evenly disperse the air flow in the vertical direction with minimal turbulence. This reduces the chance of attracting too much spray through the spray booth and depositing on the substrate closer to the filter. The working area of the spray booth has a ground floor, and the air and overspray are filtered before exhausting the exhaust gas from the spray booth.

1. Q: I need to add infrared lamps to the prep station.
A: Understand. That is okay. We have overhead infrared lamps available which can be integrated with the prep station.
2. Q: Look from your drawing, I can see that your prep station is not an enclosed area. For my new shop, I want enclosed prep station. Can you supply?
A: That’s okay. In the above design, the prep station comes with simple ceiling and lights only. We do not equip curtains in the front to close the prep station.
Certainly, we can supply enclosed prep stations with top plenum, and manual or electric soft curtains to close it.
3. Q: What colors of PVC soft curtains do you have?
A: Usually, we have two colors in option: white and grey.
4. Q: Can you tell me about the warranty?
A: 2- year warranty from the date when the spray booth is accepted.
5. Q: Can you make the air extracted from rear wall of the spray booth instead of from the basement?
A: Yes.
6. Q: How can I make sure that the production is according to my requirements?
A: For every order, customers are always provided with final design drawing to check. We will only proceed with production after receiving your official approval of the design and drawings.
